Yoga and Kombucha with Tumbleweed Yoga

Ever thought yoga wasn’t for you? You didn’t have the right body, the right mindset, the time, the commitment, you aren’t the right age…the list goes on! The wonderful thing about yoga…is it is for everyone! It was important to me to create an approachable, inclusive yoga space for anyone and everyone. I also share wellness information on social media - and am always happy to answer questions. Currently, Tumbleweed: everyday yoga and wellness has two classes in person each week… Wednesday evenings at 7 PM and Sunday mornings at 6:30 AM. Classes are held at Inspirit Kombucha Brewery, on their lovely patio.  Tickets can be purchased at the door and are $8 each or 5 for $35.
